Nandan Chandragupta Warnekar is the Managing Director (MD) of Enable IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As MD and Head (Business Development), he drives business and oversees the implementation of strategy and planning in the company. He is also an integral part of product conceptualization, product development and sales. Nandan started his career with the eLearning company Adayana. He started Anshu Systems in 2005 at Nagpur with the vision of putting Nagpur on the IT map and took it from a small scale ITeS firm to an enterprise class application development company. Anshu Systems was absorbed as part of a new company, Enable IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., as part of a strategic transformation for developing niche products and taking them to a global scale. He has successfully established Ensō-LIMS as a brand in the global laboratory market and is working on bringing more niche enterprise products to the global and Indian market. Nandan has more than 19 years of experience including more than 18 in IT and ITeS sector. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, from Nagpur University. In his rare free time, he loves travelling and seeing places. He is an avid tennis player. He likes reading books and articles on international politics, mentoring other startups, and writing travel blogs. A lover of good food, he likes home-cooked Indian vegetarian food, seafood and sweets. To unwind, he listens to Indian classical music.

Chetan Vijay Ghatole is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of professional experience. He briefly worked as a Credit Manager with Bank of Maharashtra, a public sector bank and as Senior Financial Analyst with the renowned investment bank, Credit Suisse. Currently, he runs his independent chartered accounting consultancy providing Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services for various companies. Chetan specializes in consulting for small and medium enterprises and works towards streamlining their work processes to achieve smoother functioning, better efficiency and higher productivity. He also serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the development of IT applications focused on improving organizational workflows, processes and operations. Chetan is a qualified valuation expert certified by ICAI Valuation Certification Programme. He is also a member of Banking and Alternate Financing Committee of ICAI, Nagpur and served as its Chief Coordinator for the year, 2017 -2018. Chetan is a certified high-altitude trekker. He loves swimming and is a regular badminton player. When he gets a little leisure, which is rare, he loves travelling and seeing new places.

Kaushik Saha is the Executive Director – Operations at Enable IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He heads the day-to-day operations of Enable IT along with overall supervision of client account management and project management functions. He also takes an active part in product conceptualization. Kaushik began his career with Enable IT’s parent company Anshu Systems 15 years ago and has been with Enable IT since its inception. He brings with him a logical approach towards translating business opportunities into projects and tackling operations and project management issues. He has varied experience of conceptualizing projects and products in various domains like construction, healthcare, education, IT etc. Kaushik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering. He loves to travel, read non-fiction, and part time EPL fan and a full time Indian National Cricket team fan.
